Frozen Mallet instead of The Black Cleaver if you need more hp
TRINITY FORCE, only buy this if you got huge amount of coins and already got all the other items you need.
Get Meditate when you feel like you need more health to be able to keep in line
I do not have Runes with because I am unfamiliar with them. So go for something that gives you attacking speed, armor penetration and Armor/Magic resistant if you think you'll need it.
