Make sure you get the infinity ,guinsoo's rageblade,and yomuu's ghostblade then you'll be op as ever! I left multiple items depending on your match status so you can decide what item to get first and still be op ! also boots of swiftness enchant furor would be totally great if you're kitting a tanky enemy....highly recommended ....Gnar becomes alittle bit squishy in mega form so you can get him an item that can help him while fighting ,kitting etc...
