As Kindred adc, you want to play agressive the first levels, since Kindred is nothing without their marks, you want to mark the adc and support and kill them since early game, and if your mark spawns at botlane scouttle, you can go collect it as long as you have prio. You can also go for jungle camps, and, if the enemy is playing safe, look up for some roams. A good number for your marks is actually 4 at the end of the laning phase, and really, you don't need them a lot. The boots aren't so important, thanks to the Q + W mobility Kindred have and the extra attack speed from Q, the boots can be purchased after the third item. You don't need the boots early on, only the Doran's Blades, since it deals damage, gives you somo extra health, and 2.5% Omnivamp per Sword. You can go with three or even four D Blades in rare cases, but three is usually enough
