Introduction

Ever get bored playing all of the meta ADC? Well do I have an alternative for you. ADC TF the money making roller of bot lane is here to stun the **** out of them and not give a single **** about mana costs ever. if you're one of those people that is supper against breaking the meta and trying new things or if you're that guy that doges a game because there is a jungle vel'koz or a solo top zillien then this build isn't for you. If you're someone who thinks its fun to try champs in different positions then this build is for you.

Runes

For all you meta lovers out there the runes i use are the runes i use on my other adc's nothing special. Some people sejest ap quints but in my opinion they don't help him enough.

Masteries

This mastery tree may seem a biiiit overboard on the damage side but honestly it's worth it. Most of TF's abilitys are utility when playing as adc TF so don't waist points in the utility tree if you don't have to.

Items

ADC TF builds very odd. You start out like most ADC's you get your Bloodthirster and yore Berserker's Greaves but after that it gets a little weird. After this i usually buy a Avarice Blade to start even more money making with Loaded Dice plus crit strike is good. next i would pick up Sheen. This gives you the AP that helps with all of your ability other than Destiny and spellblade + Stacked Deck + crit=chunky. Next try to build a giants belt to take up because of your short attack range you will be taking quite a bit if damage. It should be about mid game now, people could be roaming by now. At this point you should be looking to pick up your Trinity Force, static shiv, and Frozen Mallet. these three items other than Bloodthirster you already have, are your damage items. At this point if your doing completely fine you can hold off on the Frozen Mallet to be your second to last item that you build late game after the first teamfight or so. your final item is situation. Guardian Angel if things aren't going to well, M aw of Malmortious if there mid is scary, or Last Whisper if they have a lot of armor.

Skill Sequence

i grab Pick A Card first because it's got fantastic early game harass potential whether it be threw the AOE slow on the red, the stun on the yellow, or the mana return on the blue this ability is one of the most versatile ability in the game. Next i get my E witch is my Stacked Deck. when using this ability, last hit 3 minions to charge up the extra damage, then use Pick A Card and pick your yellow card. Have your support go in and you follow up with a stun to Stacked Deck combo and try to keep basic attacking and charging it to land multiple Stacked Deck's. after that I level my Q Wild Cards. this ability is quite bad as adc TF but because of your blue Pick A Card you can spam it. from here on, max your W then your E then your Q and of course your ult at the normal levels.

Pros / Cons

Pros

    easy stuns
    mana gain makes ability's spamable
ult makes him a good roamer and hard to handle in lane
    unconventional and unexpected

cons

low basic attack range

Creeping / Jungling

Blue card is love I say, Blue card is life. Seriously farm all the minions you can with the blue Pick A Card it is fantastic. the only downside is remember not to spam it so hard that you cant ever use your stun card.

Team Work

ADC TF doesn't play like your normal ADC. he's farther up mostly because of his short range and without a escape this can be problematic. this is why I suggested the frozen malt. more health plus the slow helps you gain distance from threats that you cant handle. All of this being said, he plays pretty similar to ADCs star in back and sling away.

Summary

All of this combines into one extremely annoying yet fun and devastating ADC that is in my opinion under played and should be played more.
