By getting a sightstone, you are able to effectively ward the enemy's jungle, practically for free. This will allow for you to know their location, and decide when to invade their jungle. This also helps lanes to see ganks coming in. Their jungle would most likely buy an oracles, which puts them behind 400g, and if you kill them, they are either 800g behind or lose their jungle due to counter jungle. The wriggles I like to use to ward my own jungle because it lasts for a full 3 minutes without restrictions. When I invade a buff, I normally place down 2 wards with the sight stone that would only be useful to me during the 30 seconds it takes to grab the buff and leave. Ghost allows for you to get out of nasty situations easily and once you hit 6, your ult should be up every 45-60 seconds if you are not sitting in a bush trying to gank. This build does restrict you from ganking as much as if you where focused on your own jungle, but by taking the enemy's jungle you are practically making your ganks much stronger than any number of their jungler's. If a lane is falling behind, use your wriggles or sight stone to help them.

This build works best with very mobile teammates: Pantheon, Shen, Ahri, TF, etc.

It is important to be constantly communicating with your teammates on when you're invading and weather or not you'll need their help. I would suggest that this build not be used in low ELO soloque games, just due do the lack of communication.

Calling MIA's and pinging is very helpful for when you are about to get ganked by lanes that have spotted you in their jungle.

FARM FARM FARM! Ganks are NOT your priority. Shutting down their jungler should be first on your to-do list. If this fails, then resort to lots of ganks, but otherwise just gank when you see a good opportunity.

Ofcourse wriggles, movement 5 boots/movement 3 boots, and sightstone are very key to your control of the early game. You would want to prioritize boots > sightstone > Wriggles. If you can stay and farm until you get all 3, you're doing it wrong! If you are just farming your jungle, by the time you get the money to buy these items, it will be already ~10-13 mins and the early game is basically over. Try to get some good ganks in and you can buy a few green wards in the beginning to start your counterjungling earlier.
