Hi I'm Yomama243 and this is my second build. This is how I play Twitch and the only reason I play it like this is because one day mobafire wasn't working for me so I had to make my own build. I hope you enjoy =P

First I like to get a Dagger then build it into a Zeal.After zeal I get Boots. Next I'll rush a Bloodthirster. Then I complete the boots into Mobility Boots.After that I finish Phantom Dancer. After that I get a Madred's Razors and I'll put it into a Madred's Bloodrazor. Then I get an Infinity Edge or Black Cleaver depending on the enemy team.For 6th item I usually get Frozen Mallet for that 800 health + its slow.
I get this because it adds movement speed, critical strike, AND attack speed, everything Twitch needs.

It adds a good amount of damage and lifesteal so you don't have to recall every 5 seconds.

This is for those tanks with Warmogs it takes 4 percent of their max health every shot and it adds damage armor and attack speed, a great item for Twitch.

For the damage and its unique which increases the critical to 250.

For that health late game the damage and its unique which is great for chasing because it slows.

I get this for Twitch because hes a ganking champ he ganks early-mid game quite a lot so this will help you get to that other lane quicker and help get the kill or ks it XD

Pros: Can sneak up on someone and be like pow pow pow *dead*
Great damage output
Can get away by using your Q Ambush
Cons: Will almost always get targetted because hes a threat.
VERY SQUISHY!

I get these because Twitch is a dps(damage per second) so he needs some attack speed, duh!

Because usually Twitch will get targeted so he needs some more survivability against those champions like jax,xin zhao, master yi, etc.

I get this for those AP champions.

Again because Twitch is a dps [damage per second]

I like to get due to it reduces attack damage and it slows the target so if your 1 v 1ing someone this will help or if your chasing someone down.

Great for running away or chasing down an opponent.

Other good choices


Good for escaping

For when someone is almost dead and its the only thing you have left.

I wouldn't get it, but I suppose it could be helpful in 1 v 1ing someone.

First you use your Q to be like hehehe You can't see me and get the element of surprise.Next you come out and use your ultimate They'll be poisoned due to your ultimate...SOO you can use your E Expunge which will do quite a bit of damage. If you still have some stragglers trying to run away you can use your W

When your playing as Twitch DON'T EVER initiate. You'll get targetted which is what you don't want to happened because your so squishy. Let your tank start it and your team battle a little bit. Then use your ultimate and E then the enemy team will be dead. =D
