The biggest problem of Anivia is her passive, do not cast all your abilities at once on her since she has a lot of health and her passive, that will waste all your mana instantly. Poke her until your jungle ganks you or her passive is down and you have the enough mana to kill her.
Annie
The range of your abilities is way longer than Annie's, the only problem would be when she calls Tibbers, stay away from her abilities range and ult away from Tibbers.
Akali
Akali's high movility will be a problem since you will have difficulty hitting your charm and Q. Also her W will make her untargetable for your W. Stay prepared until she attacks, you can try to poke her with your Q but don't waste your charm since that will be essencial for you to reduce the damage she can do you.
Aurelion Sol
Be careful with his W. Use your R to get close to him and throw your charm. It will be essencial since Aurelion's W will be gone for the seconds your E lasts.
Azir
Be careful of his soldiers, but don't be afraid of them. The moment you have Electrocute up cast your Q and W onto him to activate it.
Brand
I personally hate this champ going ADC, but don't worry, against him, you will need to dodge his W when he is poking and, once you hit lvl 6, go ahead, far away from your minions so his R don't hits you more. You MUST dodge his Q if you are burned, since if he hits it he will make you a roasted fox in just 2 secs.
Cassiopeia
Cassio is a very difficult matchup for Ahri, you can't poke her because she will spam her E. Wait until you have R and cast it on the sides to dodge her R.
Corki
Corki in early is just like another ADC, after trinity he becomes more hostile and has more health. Hit your E and dodge his R and Q with your R, stay away from his E.
Diana
This will be a burst battle, throw your E when she is approaching you with her R that will avoid her from casting other abilities, then throw all your combo and kill her. I recommend maxing your E before your W since the duration of your charm will be important to survive.
Ekko
Against Ekko you only need to avoid him from hitting the 3rd ability/basic of his passive, dodge his W (it will be easy since its cast is very perceptible).
Ezreal
Ezreal is another ADC thrown to midlane, that means that you will burst him instantly if you hit all your abilities. Dodge his W and Qs and once you have R go and kill him, he can use his E or flash away but you have the double of flashes he has ;).
Fizz
Ahh Fizz, the worst enemy Ahri can have, be very careful. Stay very far from him to be able to dodge his R, reserve your E until he jumps.
Fiddlesticks
Heimerdinger
Irelia
Irelia's high mobility difficults you to hit you charm, also the high damage she can have on the early phase once reaching her passive stacks make her very dangerous. Anyway, you can damage her a lot with your abilities so you can deal with her in a 1v1 if you manage to dodge her stuns and be aware of her when she reach the maximum charges of her passive.
Kassadin
Katarina
Be aware of where does Kata's knifes fall. Once she ults you can charm her or run away with your R. Against a good Kata it will be more difficult, they will try to trick you with their knifes, if she throws into you, keep distance with your R and throw your E when she has her E in CD or is usimg her R.
LeBlanc
Le Blanc is a difficult matchup for Ahri because of her high burst damage and mobility with her W (she can enter, do a lot of damage and then go back with her W). Don't waste your charm until you find a good oportunity. Always max your W secondly since it will easier to hit it, your damage will depende on your accuracy with your Q and your W. Always try to throw your abilities aiming at her and the origin of her W.
Lissandra
Lux
Malzahar
Morgana
Neeko
Nidalee
Orianna
Qiyana
Qiyana is only a threat on early game with her high mobility and damage, in late game, compared to other assassins, her damage is lower. Just focus on being far from the walls so she doesn't stun you with her R.
Swain
Sylas
Sylas won't be a problem on the early game since you can poke him. The problem will start once he reaches 6, he can steal your R and the 3 dashes let him hit you with his passive everytime. Try to make distance with your R when that happens.
Syndra
Try to dodge her Qs and don't let her stun you. Quickly buy Zhonya's or Banshee after Luden's or Lost Chapter respectively to resist her R.
Taliyah
Talon
Be aware of the amount of stacks he has on you, buy Morello to supress his healing of his Q and try to dodge the daggers of his R.
Twisted Fate
Veigar
Vel'Koz
Viktor
Do not try to fight him on early levels. Wait until 6 and burst him down avoiding his W and R with your ulti.
Vladimir
Vladimir high lifesteal and, in late, health, will be a very tough problem, use your E once he already used his W, stay away from him when he has his bloodthirst stacks charged and build Morello right after luden's. In battles, use your ignite to not let him heal so much.
Xerath
Yasuo
Yasuo is a dangerous matchup because of his high damage and mobility, also his W. When I fight against him I usually try to make him throw his W. To do that I make an opportunity to throw my E, but I throw my W or basic attack him. Also, when you reach 6, you can approach him with your R to make him throw his W, then you can ult again to positionate crossing his wall and finally throw all your combo.
Zed
Zed's high mobility and damage with his shadows is a very dangerous threat for Ahri. Build stopwatch after Lost Chapter. Finally, when Zed ults he will automatically appear 180° from where he was before, use this to throw your E in the moment he appears and throw all your combo. Use your ult to dodge his shurikens and stay away from his shadows.
