E prioritizes champions marked by your passive, ignite also makes it prioritize the champ you ignited.
Items
Go Wit's third if they have an AP champ that is ahead or scales.
For the fifth item go Grudge when you need to poke or kite enemy team, LDR when they have tanks and Collector if you are ahead and they are squishy.
Abilities
Passive - Use single autos when chasing enemies to get movement speed allowing you to damage them constantly.
Q - Hitting atleast one part of your Q under enemy tower let's you auto them giving your passive shield negating tower damage.
W - Allows you to track scoundrels through fog and bushes.
E - Enemies can stop your E by being on your model regardless of direction, be careful when E'ing agaisnt champs with dashes and flash up.
R - Tier 2 towers can't block ult if tier 1 is still up, same for tier 3 and inhibitors.
