This is my build to amumu. I have seen it works pretty well, against any team. But this is only my opinion. I don't give long explains for my choices. Comment did you like or not!
Perhaps one of the oddest champions in the League of Legends is the yordle known as Amumu. His life before joining the League remains unknown – especially to Amumu. All he remembers is that he woke up alone inside a pyramid within the Shurima Desert. He was entwined in mummy wrappings and he could not feel his heart beat. Furthermore, he felt a deep sadness that he could not entirely explain; he knew he missed his parents, though he could not remember who they were. Dropping to his knees, Amumu wept into his bandages. No matter what he did, it seemed he could just never stop his tears or sadness. Eventually he got up off his knees to mope and wander the world, making his way to the League; it would seem that even the raw power of unleashed emotions can be used to benefit the plans of summoners.
''Things are bad when Amumu is crying, but they're much worse when he's angry.'' - Ezreal

Greater Seal of Clarity +0.065 mana regen / 5sec. per lvl (+1.17 at level 18).
Amumu doesn't have much mana, so mana regen is good for him, so you don't run out mana that fast as normally.
Greater Quintessence of Potency +4.95 ability power.
You can hit harder on early game.
Spells you should take:
Very good summoner spells for escaping or chasing.
Amazing spell is u need quickly teleport to defend turret or other side of map to team fight.
Other spells you can take:
Good spell when u need run fast like, escape, chase, help, fights.
With this spell you can slow your target on fight, but you have 2 skills which already stuns, so this isn't very usefull.

Amumu tosses a sticky bandage at a target, stunning and damaging the target while he pulls himself to them.
Throws a bandage to target location. If it hits an enemy unit, Amumu will pull himself to the enemy, stun them, and deal 80/140/200/260/320 (+1) magic damage.
Cooldown - 18/16/14/12/10 seconds
Cost - 80/90/100/110/120 Mana
Range - 900
Bandage Toss is a great opener, stun, and anti escape ability. This ability has an incredible range for a stun and can be used interrupt powerful attacks (Ryze and Nunu for example). It is also your most powerful direct damage ability in your arsenal, stacking AP is very effective with a ratio of 100% making this move pack quite the punch. As Amumu your constantly on the chase and Bandage Toss is the great equalizer, there are few who can escape you and you can always plant yourself directly in the center of any action.
Overcome by anguish, nearby enemies lose a percentage of their maximum health each second.
Toggle: Nearby enemies are drained by 2.3/2.6/2.9/3.2/3.5 (+0.01)% of their maximum health each second.
Cooldown - 1 seconds
Cost - 10 Mana per Second
Range - 300
Amumu’s signature move that gives him the nickname The Tank Killer, anyone standing close him to him no matter what their health is will have all their health quickly drained away. Targets that are incredibly difficult to kill (Cho’gath, Mundo, Mordekaiser, etc) will flee at your presence only for your to chase them to death, quite literally. Be sure to activate Despair right before entering into a battle, if the enemy becomes out of range while chasing them toggle Despair off as your wasting Amumu’s precious small mana pool.
Permamently reduces the physical damage Amumu would take. Amumu can unleash his rage, dealing damage to surrounding enemies. Each time Amumu is hit, the cooldown on tantrum is reduced by 1 second.
Passive: Amumu takes 1/2/3/4/5 reduced damage from physical attacks.
Active: Amumu deals 75/100/125/150/175 (+0.5) magic damage to surrounding units. Each time Amumu is hit, the cooldown on Tantrum is reduced by 1 second.
Cooldown - 21/18/15/12/9 seconds
Cost - 50 Mana
Range - 400
Amumu loves to get smacked around thanks to this ability, it allows him to easily farm and kill enemies even faster in a fight. In team fights you may want to attract minion fire(if you have enough health) to maximize damage from this ability. The flat damage reduction is just a bonus.
CURSE OF THE SAD MUMMY
Amumu entangles surrounding enemy units in bandages, causing them to be unable to move or attack and take damage each second.
Amumu entangles surrounding enemy units, causing them to be unable to move or attack for 2.5 seconds, dealing 50/100/150 (+0.35) magic damage to them each second.
Cooldown - 170/150/130 seconds
Cost - 100/150/200 Mana
Range - 600
This in conjunction with Bandage Toss will be your opener for team fights effectively disabling the entire enemy team. I’ll be talking about this fantastic ultimate throughout the entire rest of the guide so I don’t think I need to say more here.
Amumu’s attacks reduce the target’s magic resistance by 20/30/40 for 5 seconds.
Great passive that works well with ally casters as well as your own spells.
