Ability Order
Rebirth (PASSIVE)
Anivia Passive Ability
Anivia Superb
This build has my current match history of random Queues at a collective 76/8/55 score, 7/10 are winning games, and 6 of the games with 0(zero) deaths.
Pros:
-extreme damage and CC
-survivability
-get kills anywhere, against anybody (Tanks? 1v2? Pfft...)
-cannot fail
Cons:
-difficult to follow the item sequence
-wont win every random game
-this build will overwhelm the enemy and they might LEAVE
The runes should be self explanatory. You have magic pen marks because nobody wants to be a tank/carry. The seals are 1.8 mana/5sec at lvl 18 because it is just enough to get by at spawn when combined with your masteries/items, and they will continue to help you further at higher levels. Cooldown glyphs are necessary because most of the glyphs are weak, yet the cooldowns are nice and make up for not having cooldown items in the build. Trust me, its enough. Health quints are doubly effective due to your passive, Rebirth.
You will start with the Sapphire Crystal and 2 health potions. This will allow you a high chance of spamming Flash Frost on enemy champs early game to get a kill or 2. The potions are to maximize your lane time before having to shop/heal. They will also prove useful if you lag or make a mistake and take more damage than anticipated.
You will hopefully have 1k+ gold by the time you shop, allowing you to complete your Tear of the Goddess, get tier 1 boots and possibly snag an Amplifying Tomb before returning to your lane. With the Tear of the Goddess you will notice that mana is ALREADY no longer an issue, opening up a huge window for farming, harassing and even killing. From here, complete your magic pen boots when you reach 750+ gold. Skip on progressing your Tear->archangel and, instead, make a Rylia's Crystal Scepter. This will increase your slow, damage and survivability tremendously.
Finally you can finish your Archangel, snag an AP stacker if you are doing good(you should be...) and follow up on that with a Void Staff to melt the tanks.

Flash Frost is essential. This move should be your #1 priority next to your ult. Don't level your wall until you absolutely have to. You should have no problem avoiding death by utilizing your flash, flash frost, slows, range and egg. If not, then quit life(JK). Remember to lead Flash Frost so people don't simply outrun it. Practice the timing of explosions after it passes through the target to double your damage and stun.
Flash:
Flash is amazing. SAVE IT. I can't stress enough the importance of keeping your options open in LoL. ONLY use flash if you are ensured a certain kill+escape, or if you are to escape a situation (perhaps if you decide to push a lane with 2 MIA, or in teamfights). Make a habit of standing near walls when in team fights because you WILL get focused. By the time they find your location and move to your location you will have done significant damage and can then flash through the wall and Flash Frost your attackers to continue your assault.
Ignite:
Ignite is a counter for MANY champs. Early game, you can use Ignite whenever you like because the boosted AP from its cooldown(via masteries) will help you equally. Late game (lvl 6+) you can use Ignite to counter MUNDO, SWAIN, TRYNDAMERE, VLADAMIR, WARWICK, Nidalie, Akali, Alistar, Gangplank, and ANY LIFESTEAL champion.
