Spells:

LoL Summoner Spell: Ignite

Ignite

LoL Summoner Spell: Clarity

Clarity

Runes

I use these runes for maximizing early game damage. Although doesn't benefit a lot late game, you should still be able to get the items you need to continue your domination.

Masteries

I use 9/21/0 for the fact of the extra AP from ignite as well as the mastery. I use the 21 for defense since she is really squishy early game.

Summoner Spells

I grab ignite for the extra damage early and late game. I also grab clarity considering the recent patches made her really mana hungry.

Skill Sequence

This skill sequence I find really common with most Anivias. If you level up your Q first, you will be more reliant on landing it to damage, yet when you reach level 6 you can spam your E and not having to worry about missing.

Pros / Cons

Pros:
Really good early - Mid game domination
Easy to kill mid this way.

Cons:
Mana Hungry
Late game may be a bit worse

Laning Phase

It is important to stay aggressive. Although early game, Anivia can do quite a bit of damage. This and her passive allows her to be very aggressive early. Just beware if the have a jungler. Until you have about 1250 gold, you shouldn't have to leave the lane. This will be enough for a Mejas soul stealer. Try and get blue as often as you can to quench your need for mana.

Mid Game

Mid game, try and be aggressive just not as aggressive. Just fire your Q and then hit your E on characters to harass them.
