Why AP Amumu?
A lot of us see amumu as a tank but, when made into a mage the damage is pretty unexpected towards anyone that thinks they can 1v1 him. The damage including the true damage from his passive and the cc is not avoidable when you get hit by his Q which sucks for the ADCs and mages because he can delete you with one combo. I think he is better than most magic damage dealing junglers as you have a reliable ulti even when behind. Also he scales pretty well like most mages.
My route every game
I go Red -> Krugs -> Raptors -> Wolves -> Blue -> Scuttle or Gromp for lvl 4 -> gank mid or top then reset
