Greater Mark of Magic Penetration counters magic resist for more damage. Greater Seal of Armor for defense against AD champs. Greater Glyph of Ability Power for more damage. Greater Quintessence of Ability Power for more damage.Against AP Top

Boots These boots give movement to counter skillshots and give you a nice peel from ganks and other danger. |
4x Health Potions are a great start on Rengar. The 600 health will give you very good sustain until get enough Ferocity for the heal on Battle Roar. |

The Sweeping Lens should only be taken if you plan on roaming. While roaming is possible, it's risking and thus not recommended. |
Stealth Ward is a standard trinket for most top laners. It allows for important vision against ganks and can save you. Recommended! |
