About

It's a MF support build. Your spells, espacially your 'E' will damage very well (and slows down) the enemy champions. Perfect for those, who want to play support, and want to deal huge damage to enemyy champs.

Early-Game

You can poke, and actually damage the enemies very well at early game. It's easy to take the first blood with your ADC, because your E slows, and damages as well.

Mid-Game

When you built your AP items, your spells are getting like a monster. You can easily half the hp -or 1v1- of any champion, and slow as well (E op)

Late Game

Your late Game items have to fit the other players. If they build Armor, you should buy Magic Penetration, if they buy Health, more AP and so on. You can increase your AD as well at late-game, if you wanna damage without your abilities. YOU ALWAYS HAVE TO REMBEMBER, YOU ARE NOT A TANK, (unless your last items makes you)
