Intro to Terror Teemo

Hello League of Legends Players! I present you my first build, featuring Teemo, The Swift Scout. Some of you play him as AD, but let me show you who is the true terror. AP TEEMO!

Runes

Normally I would build Flat AP runes, but I changed my mind. Please remember that all runes are Greater Runes. I take 9 Magic Penetration Marks, 9 Armor Seals, 9 Ability Power Glyphs, and 3 Ability Power per level Quints

Masteries

I take 21/9/0 masteries, making sure I get all the AP related points and some in survivability on the Defense tree

Items

On items boot options are optional, meaning you can get any boot you want. The rest I suggest you get. As you can see I get a Lich Bane for the AP and its unique passive. I get Liandry's Torment because I want my shrooms to torment people. I get a Rabadon's Deathcap for HIGH AP, a Zhonya's Hourglass and a Deathfire's Grasp for even more AP

Skill Sequence

Always max your Poison Darts first. If you are looking for more speed in lane, max W second. If you want more damage, max Blinding Dart second

Farming

In bot lane, make sure to keep your farm up, but never take risks when in a bad position. Once you reach level 6, use your mushrooms to farm minions faster.
