Lich bane-

Lich bane procs on q so it goes well with it. It also has great tower pushing, just q then aa the tower for extra damage. late go it will do about 650 bonus.

Nashor's tooth-

Nashor's tooth its good for cd on q because q get lees cool down with attack speed and the cool down passive on the item its self.The bonus damage dealt also procs on q so that is always good.

Last item buy-

its really up to how the game is going.

Early game

For the start of the game all you really need to do is farm up and wait it out for you lich bane.Or if you can see a kill opportunity make sure that you e minions to build up that extra bonus damage.Be sure to not push to hard if they have a poke lane ask your jg for a quick gank to get flash or a kill.

Mid game.

This is where the fun begins. from here on out you should be able to push out your lane fast then get a roam off for top or bot.The kill potential is huge after you get lich bane and Nashor's tooth.

Farming

Always e minions, just keep building the bonus damage up till you see an opening to start a fight or just get so easy harass.Q them too for the wind knock up and show your dominance in the lane.
