About
This is a build guide about Arcane Comet Miss Fortune. I will not include a gameplay section in this guide, since Miss Fortune is a really simple champion and you can find tons of gameplay advice elsewhere.
Runes
Arcane Comet - Why arcane comet? Arcane comet helps you poke enemies in lane. It also has a great synergy with your E since the slow helps the comet hit.
With this build you should focus on winning lane and snowballing, since comet in late game isn't all that great.
Manaflow Band - You can spam more E's and Q's in lane.
Nullifying Orb is also helpful when facing a double AP bot lane.
Absolute Focus is my favorite option from its row.
Transcendence - I don't really like Transcendence since it only kicks in at level 10, by then you're already falling off
Gathering Storm or Scorch - I think it's all personal preference. I usually go for Gathering Storm, since the scorch damage isn't really significant.
For secondary runes I always go Overheal and Legend: Bloodline.
Overheal is a great synergy with the life steal from 3x Doran's Blade
Legend: Bloodline is my favorite legend rune because this build isn't auto attack based, so you won't need the attack speed from Legend: Alacrity

Items
3x Doran's Blade - Youmuu's Ghostblade - Berserker's Greaves/ Mercury's Treads/ Ninja Tabi - situational
Sell a Doran's Blade if you need extra space for something better, such as Caulfield's Warhammer. DO NOT sell the doran's before 2 full items.
If the enemy team is Full AD/AP or if you **** the bed and lane, go for defensive boots instead of berserkers.
Grab an Executioner's Calling if the enemy has healing threats, for example Soraka & Dr. Mundo
