Introduction.

I created this build around Rammus's passive. His passive, if you do not know, basically adds 25% of his armor to his attack power. I have used this build before and find it useful. If you do is for you to decide.

Also I am a pretty good jungle Rammus but not one of the best out there and am not level 30 yet but have used this build many times. Certain items that I have like the Ninja Tabi can be swapped out for something like Mercury Treads.

Runes.

The rune choice is pretty common. I use armor seals and health quintessences. Not everyone likes to use the armor marks but with more armor means his passive is just that much more worth it. The glyphs are common to being magic resistance.

Everything else.

I use the items mainly for their armor. The wriggles is needed for the jungle and the 3 minute ward is useful.

The masteries are for additional hp and mana regen. The armor and magic resistance help out early game as well with the runes. No one likes spending time dead so that's why you get that part. The extra .5 seconds you aren't teleporting home are an extra .5 seconds getting gold or dealing damage to enemy champions.

I order my skills the way I do for the benefit of getting to the monsters in the forest faster and tanking that little bit more while taking their armor away. I personally find that having the extra armor from his defense curl in the beginning more useful than powerball. The tuant in the beginning is not super useful. it is better to knock the monsters back dealing some damage then giving yourself armor which in turn gives you attack power.

The jungle path.

The jungle path that I usually follow is:
1- Golems
2- Wraiths
3- Wolves
4- Repeat 1-3
5- Gank if you are level 3 or go for Blue buff
6- If you went for Blue buff go for Red. If you ganked go for blue.
7- Gank if you have not ganked yet. This is an awefully late gank but you will have more skills leveled.
8- Repeat 1-7
