Ziggs + Ashe is a very strong combo bot. They can push the waves and harass safely from distance, dealing physical and magical damage, Ashe slows making it easier for Ziggs to land Q.
It is oppressive early, very strong for teamfights and siege mid and late game.
An Ashe arrow is a guaranteed successive Ziggs ult, it can kill any squishy and win a fight mid/late.

Champion Build Guide
I play league since season 3, I have played on EUW, OCE and NA servers as I traveled for work, and have reached Platinum in all servers.
I used to OTP ww, but in season 11 I find that Ashe support is extremely strong.
She is strong at all stage of the game, lane bully early, great for vision and teamfight mid game, and scale into late game.
You might wonder why Liandry and not Imperial Mandate or Eclipse.
Imperial Mandate and Eclipse are both good, but I believe stats tells us that Liandry is a better option.
the 600 mana helps spamming W, and gives 15 AD with Muramana passive. with 30 CDR on ult (100% AP ratio on main target, 50% other), the 80 AP are not a waste. The ability haste mythic passive is much better than the AP passive on Imperial Mandate. and the passive does a lot of damage that you can constantly apply to lots of enemy during teamfights... Eclipse and Mandate are good options, but Liandry is better IMHO.
