Evelynn rework may nerfed Evelynn hardly (and omg what a design is that, its gorgeous). But there is some hope for her to be insanely strong again, and even reenter the meta, so here i have, my guide to make the best thing you can with Evelynn 7.20

Hate Spike: Your first ability to unlock, and the most important one, because it can easily clear jungle in less than 3:40 mins, this ability is just aim it to a target, and start spaming Q, repeat, as easy as i said, there is no real science in this skill, just knowing where to aim it.
Allure: This is your bomb, i mean, this is your thing, you can be an Ahri, or you can be a Tryndamere, i mean, this thing can make anyone die in matter of seconds (kills always happend in seconds tho :P).
First of all, press W on an enemy, then, wait a few secs until the heart cycle ends, then, enjoy your easy kill, recommended cooling
Whiplash: Rarely tho, first time i saw it's name i think it said: Whipple Splash, then i saw Whip Splash, then i realised, it was Whiplash.
Tho this skill is the real ****, i makes high magic damage and can get a very efficent move boost, so if you need, can run away.
Passive: Demon Shade: I did put it on the end on purpose (because it activates on level 6 for some reason, Riot, pls buff).
Demon Shade is your suprise factor, making you invisible to close (not close at all, i mean, even if you are at your respawn, they can still see you, Riot, pls buff)enemy champions, tho it doesnt work to go through turrets (Riot, pls do that possible), minions, champions, walls, (so yeah, why im "invisible" if anyone can still see me?)
but gives you a buff for Whiplash, and gives you health, and faster regeneration (litteraly Garen).

-Fast jungle clear
-Good damage
-Nice skills
-Nice design
-Best W (Can One Shot)
-Fast movement

Cons
-Low health and armor and magic resistance
-Bad for team fights
-Bad for escaping
-Slow ultimate
-Bad at late game

W + Basics, and everything is dead :V maybe add some Q to kill on AoE, but, just worry on the W, its your most valuable weapon.
