With this build your problem will be your MANA because you wont build a mythic from lost chapter other thing is playing style with this build you wont be as good poke mage as with standard Azir build but you will become an all in champion as Mordekaiser
How to play?
With this build you want to wait for your lvl 6 or even lvl 9 if it is possible because you want to make him take damage for longest time possible to make your conqueror stack and your ult will help you with that
