If you want to be a good Draven player this guide is for you, note yourself that if someone goes and ks's you just run right into the turret and they will never ks you ever again. If you want to shred some people in Summoner's Rift pick Draven I guarantee you there will be blood running in the Rift. ALso just to point it out there you want to buy or upgrade your totem (Trinket) to the LvL 9 totem buy the blue one, the Farsight Alteration, so if your enemy goes into the jungle you can track them easily, also its good for keeping an eye on dragon with its good range.

You want to activate Ghostblade in a fight so you can have more attack speed and also don't be afraid to tower dive, put your balls into it and: w, Ghostblade, e, auto every time you can and after your e you can ult and press ult again so it can come back, and don't forget to auto and if you auto cancel just kill yourself run right into that turret. If you get cced you want to use your Mercurial after the cc, I see people use it before and that will do nothing good, and also if you want to go faster and go for the ace you can use the Mercurial for the extra movement speed, that with the Ghostblade and your W you're sure to catch up.

You want to atleast have 100 cs at 12min, you want to attack some minions with your Q so you can generate stacks of Adoration, since you're an adc try to farm alot and split push for the gold and also for map control.
