Lulu is a really strong support with her fantastic poker/utility/nuker, pick her is always a great idea for help the entire team on mid and late game has synergy with a number of tanks and bruiser class champions in your team.
Talk of her ability:
Q- is a great poke since first step of the game and help really much since early game, on ganking fase, for save you or your mate/s and help too on chase fase, work really great with your E.
W- is a great ability for disabler an enemy or gains movement speed, and is too powerfull strong for your jungler when he gank or for initiation.
E- is a classic shield for your mate... is a classic; combining your E and after your Q is really great for poke or catch an enemy if is far from you or your carry (need familiarity or just luck), also garants visibility of the enemy.
R- is a "FANTASTIC" skill utility for you team for 2 reason:
1- can save you or your mate
2- combined with a tank or your initiator is totaly fatal against the enemy.
What else we can say... Lulu is "Amazing!" (and not because she is my main) but just because she is so usefull but too because she is so "CUTE" and "KAWAII" ;D.
We don't really need a my long guide to be able to talk about her because we need to "WIN".
