Description + info for Top/Bot and Mid

With that build you can play more agressively with teemo. Ap is kinda weak because that its not all the ability power that is added into his ability it's only a % + the good AP stuff cost a lot. But with this build... $ is not a problem!

Top lane/bottom lane: Work perfectly when you are assisted of an other champion like draven or garen to push the ennemy out of the lane.

Mid: If your ennemy is stronger and or is a tank you are kinda in a bad position right? Because teamo will be too squishy.
