This is a WIP guide. For the moment only a few things are there. Even if there is no specification on few things like the items you can still figure those things out.

General Pros
+Passive Is scaling Armor and Ap
+Shield comparable to a flash for alies.
+Skills can be used to engage, disengage or run away.
+Lots of cc.
+Pretty low mana cost.
+Fun to play.

+More gold, More items. :D
+With this build you can have up to 3 shield in total !
+This guide make adc almost unkillable.
Cons
-Need often teamwork to be effective.
-Skillshot.
-Slow base movement speed.
-Often not credited for Penta or epic plays.
-Short range ultimate. Ennemy can flash over it.

I choose Mark of Armor and Seals of Armor to be tanky early game against the ennemy ad carry. Of course adc with True damage and armor shred like Corki will go through those but still it help you for almost anything.

I take Glyph of Magic Resist because you mostly stack armor and will be usefull late game against the Ap carry.

The Quint of Gold are good for your late game items even if you are doing good or bad. Gold income, always good on support.
Support Masteries are pretty simple. In the Season 4defensive tree you get more defence for less points and in utility you get more gold or very helpful masteries.





9 in defence for the bit of survivability that thresh need early and late game. With or without items thresh need those because of the ennemy Ad carry can poke at you really easily. Block and Unyielding is then really helpful. Enchanted armor will help you scale better throught the game. Veterant scars, still viable and great that will unlock juggernaut. Taking this point will help you to scale better with all the Health item that you will be staking.












21 in utility for the gold income and all of the goodies in it. Fleet of foot and wanderer is awesome for thresh's low movement speed. Summoner's insight and Intelligence are great choice since thresh has pretty high cooldown. Scout is pretty useful because you will be using your trinket a lot more then the others. Alchemist and Culinary Master are pretty awesome because you will be poked at a lot, extra sustain is always good. Inspiration is a great, If you fall behind you can still catch up quickly. Greed, Scavenger, Wealth and Bandit are pretty standard for support...
