Hello everyone!, I decided to create this guide because Soraka is one of those forgotten champion, but in my opinion one of the strongest support of the game, as many prefer to support Nami, or Blitzcrank, I honestly believe that you simply must know how to create a carry alone the condition to be able to engage in the fight, Soraka heal them just where you need it and stops the most frequent combinations of moves :)

I preferred to choose these runes for various reasons, have more armor means you can better heal, especially in the early stages.As regards the quintessence and glyphs prefer ability power to enhance the heal, at all stages

Regarding the mastery I wanted to give support to all that Soraka does.
Let us analyze step by step:
Offence:4 point on sorcery,As I mentioned earlier Soraka has the fundamental problem of cd's
Utility:26 point.It may seem excessive to insert all of these points,but let +1.5% movement speed, certainly useful to have easy escape or to give one last shot where the carry is not coming.Regarding the mana regen, more mana = more cures.
Summoner insight:at first glance may seem unnecessary, in my opinion allows the early stages of a much greater survival, in addition to the fact that few consider that when you're attacking an enemy tower heal hung mate and minions can be a winning move.
Strenght of spirit:In the build I created for Soraka I put a great deal of mana, essentially allows you to survive longer and concentrate care on their mates.
Alchemist+culinary mastery:They allow you to make the best starting items for this build, providing more mana and excellent stability, help a lot before it gets a tear of goddess.
Greed+scavenger:I personally think that both are indispensable talent, they have a machine for farming gold combined with the talisman of ascension.
Wealth+bandit:They will be your main source of gold, even if your carry is not able to kill enough enemies within the first 15 minutes.
Expanded mind:Works well with all the other talents, and especially with Works well with all the other talents and especially with the Soraka's Infuse that inflicts more damage on the basis of maximum mana that you have.
Intelligence:More cd reduction from low levels, it works exceptionally well, destroys about 60% of enemy ganks.
Wanderer:We conclude with this talent, it provides great mobility from the very beginning making you a target really hard to take, another thing very functional: it allows a faster return from your Recalls.
