i hate support blitz

Yea, the 'solotop' Blitzcrank was an afterthought so to speak, but going back 10 months or so, which is when I first played him, this 'solotop' build was actuactually used as a support on bot lane, often to make it complete kill lane.

I said that for masteries, 1/17/12; 9/9/12 or 0/9/21 are all good on supports, but for early kills on Blitzcrank i go 9/9/12.

I build Blitz support quite similarly. I go 21 in utility and 9 in defense tho. Max Q first because it is really blitz' bread and butter. You want to reduce the cooldown on this ASAP. Support crank isn't a tank at all until you get FH. You won't get off very many power fists if you are in range for it so the cooldown on fist is really irrelevant except for peeling, which if you are good with your Q you won't be doing much of regardless.

Man this is basicly how i build my OP Blitz...but i only do a different thing than you...i dont usually take Aegis of the Legion as i prefer to go for a early game Manamune and a later game Trinity Force so that you can work better with your passive, and those items can do MAGIC stuff when it comes to keep you alive.

totally correct, but some of yourguide dealing with bruiser blitz seems out of place and a little scrambled. I think you should either flesh out those sections talking about top blitz, or you should just omit them and make this a pure support blitz guide.

Pretty succinct guide. Doesn't add anything fantastically new that other Blitz guides haven't covered before, but it's pretty nicely laid out.

Because supports don't get gold through farm, any extra gold is really worth the investment, so other possible masteries are: 0/9/21, taking the extra gold per 10 and gold at start in utility and defensive masteries in defense to be more tanky.

This mastery start will also let you take Faerie Charm, 2 sight wards, 1 Vision Ward and a potion.

Though Faerie Charm, 3 sight wards and potion is a common start, I would say that starting 2 sight wards and 1 Vision Ward is more beneficial for counter-warding and de-warding your lane, so your jungler can gank more effectively.

Another thing that many people pointed out to me in my Blitzcrank guide is in the maxing of Power Fist as opposed to Rocket Grab. The reasoning behind this is that the cooldown on E is much much lower and more likely to be used twice inside of a single engage. Though maxing Q first improves damage and CD, you are still unlikely to be able to use it twice in a single engagement, and there's no guarantee that you'll be able to land your grab, either.

I would disagree that Blitzcrank is bad for pulling supports - it really depends on who the support is. Common bad ones to grab are - Taric, Alistar, Blitzcrank, Leona or other such tanky supports. But on the other hand, non-tanky, sustain-type supports like Sona, Janna and Soraka are quite ideal targets to score some quick easy kills against, if it doesn't endanger you or your AD carry.

Yea, that's what I said. She can run out of mana very easily unless she has Soraka and after she uses her mana, you can grab her. You can also grab a bad Sivir with mana. lol

I'll +1 this later, can't vote on phone. Oh btw Blitz is VERY VERY BAD against Sivir. Unless you manage to run her out of mana.
