Have you ever realize how fast are when you play Gangplank? Because of that i get the idea to play Gangplank without them and i works very well for that reason i wanna show you my way to bild Gangplank. So my masteries are 9, 0, 21. I chose my masteries so because i get extra gold. I need the extra gold because the most of the item im going to buy are really expensive (Trinity Force, Warmogs, Infinity Edge, Randuins) and the extra gold stacks with the extra gold from the Avarice Blade and the Q passiv. Its also usfull when you losing your lane and fall behind and when you play versus 2 on your lane. For Runes i take armor seals, scaling magic resist glyphes, armor penetrations marks and speed quints. I start with a brawlers gloves and 3 heal pots (because of the masteries have i enough money to buy it). Im go buy first the Avarice Blade for the extra gold. Most i get as secound item sheen because you have more sustain. After i end the Trinity Force i go for warmogs. Its very usfull in the early teamfights. Next im building my Avarice Blade in Atmas Impaler. With this item you get armor, crits and damage. Thats everything is very for Gangplank. Next item is staikk shiv. It gives you movmentspeed, crit chance and atackspeed. Next when you need more damage you should going firsr for a infinity edge and after that for next tanky item. As tanky item i would recommend Randuins or Banshees veil.

My playstyle with this build is very passiv. Try to farm a lot with my Q but save enough mana for the oranges to escape ganks. You should try to make a long laning phase because then you can make a really big gold gap between you and your opponent because you have your Q, Avarice Blade and your masteries who gives you extra gold.

In the teamfights is the focus really importend because you have only your runes for armor penetration. So you dont do to much damage to the tanks. Use your E to engage or help your tank when he engage to fight. Your Ult should place in the enemey team so that the carrys cant run away and kite you. When you are in melee range no carry can fight expect they are feeded.

Pros: your Q damage is OVERPOWERD, full builded high crit damage and high tankyness, good poke, a lot of gold because you have your masteries, Avarice Blade and your Q
cons: bad early because you dont have masteries, who gives you offense or defense stats

Your Q counts as an autoattack, so that the passiv from Statikk Shiv and Sheen works perfectly together. Additional, you have your high Crit Chance so you can deal TONS OF DAMAGE.
