I take this so i can Escape easy or catch up to a enemy.I always like the exstra dmg early game for a quick kill.You can take this if you dont like Ignite. I use Flash To line upif the enemy is on low health or flash over a wall to escape.Take this if you find yourself alot in a head to head fight.
