Why this build ?

Caitlyn is a really good adc for carried your games at every level, must in bronze/silver. This build is really based on your Auto Attack (AA). So, you need to AA your lineup everytime you can without put yourself in danger. With this build you gain in mobility, so you need to use kitting as much you can, attack/move is your friend. With the blade, you have a really good harass because of the passiv 5% current health of your target, with caitlyn range, it's to heavy for your opponent to trade with you. Statikk give you more Attack speed (AS) and Move speed (MS), With these bonus you have a really good deal on AA with your blade.

How to use it ?

For use all the potential of this build, you need to attack move everytime you can, don't be scare if the mumu want be friend with you ! Use blade and kitting, or if whole their team is here... RUN. In Bronze/Silver your team is more like "wtf you dead you suck" than covering carry's. So you got mobility with statikk and blade if you get caught, it's a good point. Don't spam your ability, use it for poke down, your AA is really strong. Never try to get tower in early game, if your lane is push, just try to hit ennemy as you can. If you get tower and ennemy freeze lane, where are your kills ? If ennemy back, don't push tower, minions will do it for you ! Use your trinket, and push the wave incoming behind the tower then back and buy, or keep doing it if you have nothing to buy.
