Tiger
RED-9 AD- I go AD reds with Tiger Stance because the AD will scale tiger stance hard, and it will also increase the damage of the tiger DOT
Yellow-9 Armor- What else
Blue-9 Scaling MR- It scales good late game
Quints-AD- Same as for the reds it will scale harder on tiger so you can tank and do damage, with only Titanic Hydra,and Trinity Force
Pheonix
Red-9 Atk Spd- with your Tiger, Pheonix, and Passive, u will be able to have a large amount of Atk Speed, when u have some attack speed in your runes
Yellow-9 armor- always important
Blue-9 Scaling MR- Scales Better at late game but it sucks at early
Quints-ATK SPD- For Blood Razor Pheonix I don't think you should go MS quints, cause bloodrazor is a atk speed Item and it would scale better with ATK SPD runes
