This build is built for running garrisons not kill don't down vote it because you cant kill because well it is hard to kill anyone but a squishy. Also this a build that is for fun never tried it on a pre-made team but then again almost every game when I did a build like this we would win because the enemy team just couldn't help but chase the ginger bread man.

You are the runner in dominion. you are everywhere and anywhere during the game. Your job is to cap Garrisons and be a distraction. Your not going for kills your going for base tags. You run in try and cap the base and run to the next one.

Udyr almost always a solid choice never really tried the others but i assume they work just as well especially Skarner.

You need map awareness know enemy positions. If they are no where near a garrison go for that one.

Revive is your HOLY **** speed. You need to use it when your team needs a major distraction and it will allow you to because you will get about or over 1.4 k speed and you will cross the map in 2 seconds. its that ace in the hole when things are tight and caping a base will save the team and the might turn the tides just in time.

I don't know or care if it is good but what makes it good to me is the fact it is fun to run away from anyone that gives chase.
