I'm not a high elo player like diamond or so, but this guide I learned is from diamond.
All the builds shown here are not used correctly to get the maximum power out of volibear. That's why I made this full capacity guide.
When you're starting VS someone like darius, I love playing vs darius.
You are going to be trading alot of demage. The thing most players forget is volibears passive and bite. so what you are going to do is just attacking him when you get lvl 2 and throw him behind you if he tries to escape. Most of the time the enemy laner is confident enough to try and kill you, just put ignite on him and bite. if you notice he has hp left after ignite just flash to secure the kill.

Im always trying to reach 1000 gold before my first base (most of the times after 4 mins), so you can rush giant belt for more dmg at ur bite. Everytime you get back to lane after an back and you have your passive up just go all in on the enemy and it will pay off.

This has happened to me alot. Im in middle of an fight with my enemy laner and their jungler arrives. So what to do? If i have my ultimate up i usually stay. Just focus on the weakest and bite him for kill secure after you killed the enemy with the least hp focus on the stronger enemy or just run away since your passive will heal you for 30% of your max hp over 6 seconds.
