Im from germany so pls forgive me bad wrong words, i hope that u can understand me: Ill try my best.
But now back to the champ, i think she is a great AD carry with an imba ulti. Ure also a gret Teamplay char because u can snare a champion 2 seconds at the ground thats rly n1 best trap the whole game has i think. Now i will go on to explain why pick these runes or these items.

Ill picked armorpen runes because AS would be useless. The dmg scale for Q skill and Ulti is so great that AS items and runes would waste a lot of dmg. I got also a bit manareg so i can harass very good the lane. Cooldown Reduction is also the best choice i think because ur Q skill got 3 seconds cooldown so u can shoot it often in teamfights.

Havent tried other masteries o correct me if u find better ones.
This is just good for AD and i skilled ghost and clearance for an extra boost.

Not rly much to ay about items (DMG,DMG,DMG).
i put in Frozen Mallet because u got a bit more HP in late game and got a n1 slow so u can slow him down use Q skill and again and the enemy dies very fast. ill wanted to put in 3 boots but the new cd reduction boots are not in here right now i will correct this when mobafire is actualized. Ok now to the boots:
Berserker Boots: a bit AS so ure passiv can get active faster
Boots of Speed: sche is very slow with lvl 2 boots u just reach 375 movement speed. when ure not good in escaping with net pick them so u got 395 movement speed which makes escaping way easier.
CD reduction boots: for ulti spammers
I also put in Youmuu´s if u dont need the more hp. Then it will raise ur dmg and u also got more AS to raise passive faster. You will love the passive because i got passiv crits about 1,8k dmg

get 1 point in every skill first.
so you got harass with Q, wards with W, and escpae from gank with E, then max out Q first because its ur onl real dmg skill(Ulti also). after it max out trap and then the net.

ill took Ghost and Clearance because ure very slow and when ure pinned down with slow stun u die rly fast. So i think its the best choice for her.
