Jeb I can see why BV would be nice to have, but I like the extra Mana Regen. I mean he might drop fast, but as long as he has a compatent team he wont need BV. Just saying lol

Excellent mana regen with Defile is a necessity...for ultimate effect. :P

Well, he does have a lot of mene regen runes...good choice.

I like this. Very good damage with Defile. The only thing I don't like is the Chalice, as I don't think you need it. Go for a second Catalyst and then a Banshee's Veil after your first or second Sunfire instead. +1

Im not much of a kass player, but I like the Sunfire Karthus. If anyone plays this, plese upload the scores and screen shots.

This sunfire Karthus idea is amazing. My friend the other day was like "Help me get this blue buff. Now I can just toggle it on and walk down a lane as everything dies." Add sunfire and what do you get... stand there as everything dies.

Being in the middle of the fight, yeah you need some survivability... btw, I'm Theory-Crafting a tank Kassadin. XD

As for mine, I kept seeing things like SFC Garen, Amumu, Mordekaiser, Evelynn, and Shaco. I was like who else can stack SFCs and be a badass. Karthus just made sense to me.

wow first time ive seen anyone but myself use a sunfire karthus.
except ive gone a lil more... odd lol

start off with majais, get sorcerers boots, then rylias crystal scepter
next zhonyas ring, then comes one sunfirecape, for the E + sunfire wreckage and
last but not least, i get a hextech gunblade... lol i like my lifesteal and spell vamp... with E i can take on anyone lmao (not to mention the active with zhonyas and the active with hextech gunblade)
