Pros and Cons

Pros

Great clear

Becomes a monster if he gets ahead or a few kills
Great early ganks with his e
Great teamfight manipulation with a good ult

Cons

Sucks if behind

Can be kited around by good enemies

Early game playstyle and Jungle pathing
As urgot jungle you always want to ward your topside jungle for an invade and always start botside, you get the best leash possible and you can follow up with a level 2 gank ( Take w first and e second ). After the gank is finished, depending on what is happening on the map and the outcome of the gank you will do the following:

[*] If the enemy invades your topside or ganks top you want to go into their botside and clear that ( which sets up for a really nice gank on their botside once again )

[*] If the enemy full clears you want to go back into your jungle and start clearing as well, then look for opportunities on other lanes or look for objectives.

[*] If the gank is not successful you should go back to full clearing or trying to countergank.
Mid game playstyle and objectives
Let's say you made it to mid game and got yourself a Tiamat, Noonquiver and tier 1 Boots. In this situation you would look to help your teammates with their lanes (ganks after ganks, counterganking and getting them ahead, all this while you still clear your jungle) assuring them prio and then taking objectives (drakes, heralds all that good stuff). If any teamfights happen you want to focus the squishiest target and try to get a good ult in for a nice fear effect on all of your enemies.

[*] Always be on the map, apply pressure, don't be that jungler that always farms and doesn't help their teammates.
