Champion Build Guide
Zyra's range is lower than most mages, and shes quite squishy, that's where your position comes into play. A good positioned Zyra is the difference between a one-sided victory and utter defeat. If you die a lot, it's 99% because of you moving/pathing incorrectly.
Mistakes can be new opportunities! I for one make a lot of mistakes when playing, but I always try to adapt and make something of it. Zyra as a champion is prone to mistakes happening due to her kit and overall stats. Don't let that discourage you from playing, as she can be useful even when behind due to her cc and slows.
Another great thing about Zyra is that you don't really need an ADC to perform. She's pretty self-reliant and can act as a secondary AP dps for the team. (remember that once she used to be a sololaner like brand and xerath)
As of tips on mechanics, your W can be casted at the end of your Q/E and will still turn into plants. This can be used to increase your range or cover up if you miss your root (E-plants slow a lot!). It is also how you proc your comet on champions that outrange you.
