Cool It Down
I always thought of Ashe as a Champion to be frowned upon. Useless passive, mana-consuming moves, an average, but not low enough cooldown on a major skill ( Volley), and low attack damage (of course you can boost her mana and attack damage but that's beside the point). Then I just thought to myself, "How can I get the best of three worlds?". Then I found the answer. SPAM Volley! Yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm more than sure that plenty of you have read these " Ashe Volley" guides. But I hope that this one might be of better interest :)
Runes
Are you laughing already? Thought so :P Who is dumb enough to use one type of rune for all the tier 3 slots? I guess I am, lol. The reason why I decided to use these specific types of runes and only these is because of the huge boost in attack damage they give. These damage boosters per level are better than the ones that add solely to attack damage per rune. Just think of all the times you ended a game when you were below level 18 and then think of all the times you ended a game when you were 18. I would guess most of the games were finished at level 18, right? Well these runes are perfect then. As long as you are able to farm well, kill well, etc, you will reach level 18 in no time and reap the full benefit of all these runes.
I start off by completely finishing Manamune. Now this may be hard to do for some players as we all know that Ashe can't survive much without good movement speed. But that is exactly why you can lane longer to get the gold faster.
Ah, movement speed, We've missed ya :) Here come the Ionian Boots of Lucidity. This will bring up our speed to around 377, if I'm not mistaken. Now we move on to building Youmuu's Ghostblade.
Finishing the Ghostblade will grant us -30% CDR in combination with the boots but -40% since we already have -10% added from the Masteries.
Every Ashe needs an Infinity Edge. This will be built by starting from the most expensive item going down to the least.
Now I bet you were asking, "Why in the hell does this guy need two Bloodthirsters, lol?" Well, it's an easy question to answer. Finishing off one Bloodthirster will give you +60 AD and with the addition of +40 AD from killing the minions. Now with two Bloodthirsters that will be +200 AD! Unfortunately, getting 100 AD back when you lose it all from a death can bit you in the ***, lol. That is IF you die :P
So; to break it down:
Manamune adds mana so you can keep using Volley,
The Ionian Boots of Lucidity add speed for you to move faster AND some CDR for Volley,
Youmuu's Ghostblade adds AD, Crit %, AP (Armour Penetration), and some CDR. AD to boost the DMG of Volley, Crit % and AP for your basic attacks, and CDR for Volley,
Infinity Edge adds AD to Volley and Crit % and damage to basic attacks,
As for the two Bloodthirsters, they add a huge amount of AD to Volley and some lifesteal to basic attacks.

All I know is that you have to max Volley as soon as possible. Skip adding to Hawkshot until you are forced to. Max Frost Shot next. Before maxing both of those skills, though, make sure you at least have one point in Enchanted Crystal Arrow so you can have a stun.
Ghost and Exhaust are my Summoner Spells of choice. Why? You need to keep up the crowd control when you're in a 1v1, damn it! Lol. But seriously, when in a 1v1, you are not always guaranteed a win if you're going to stay in 1 place and just shoot. Fire a Volley, slowing him. Run a bit. Fire another Volley followed by a few basic attacks. You can use Ghost to chase someone down or to get enough distance to start spamming Volley again with some basic attacks. The same goes with Exhaust. It can be used to slow someone down so you can finish them off or so you can get some distance.
Ashe is a walking Frozen Mallet. Of course without the extra amount of health, that is :P All the mana gained from Manamune will allow Ashe to keep using Frost Shot to slow enemies as long as you want :)
As far as I'm concerned; farming will not be much of a challange. Having a low cooldown for Volley and enough mana to keep using it every couple of seconds will allow you to keep gaining gold easily from the minions without them getting too close to the tower. You have to make sure you position yourself in a way so that Volley will hit the maximum number of targets within one use.
