The bolts fired by Pix do not trigger On-Hit attacks like Ionic Spark or Whit's End.

Well, I have a question (perhaps makes me seems like a noob... But wathever) Pix 3 attack take the on hit damage fron Ionic or Wit's end?
I don't read it anywhere in the guide, so sorry if you already fo it

Ok, so I've done a few games using this build and I REALLY LIKE your opening A LOT (up until the Mercury Threads)

After that I feel like the build weakened out a bit, lacking damage potential until you get Nashor's Tooth.
I still don't feel comfortable with the Randuin's Omen. I am still tempted to go for Phage though I have little clue what to do with it later in the game now xD

Athene's Unholy Grail also still feels like it should not be there, I feel like it is wrong to take it just for the mana regen (though it's really cool that you reach the CDR cap using it). I can keep my mana at a decent level most games by only using them as utility at ganks/team fights (though I had one where I got counter jungled and had to use my abilities much more).

Anywayz, I'll be tweaking building Jungling Lulu a bit, trying out some things that are a bit between your an my philosophies.

You are NOt building support, but your skills, what set Lulu apart from other champions benefit greatly from the CDR. It is not so much about the AP.

You see, you just contradicted yourself. Are you building to be a damage dealer or a support? If its the latter, zeke's herald is far more useful.

For the reason I mentioned above, attack speed and AP are mutually exclusive on Lulu. That is to say, if you build one, you can't build the other. And that is why every single Lulu guide with Nashor's Tooth gets a straight -1 from me.

Personally I don't really care too much about the AP, but the CDR is magnificent, 50% attack speed is also awesome.

Alternatives to this are Phantom Dancer for some neat movement speed, but that is not as good as the Tooth, or Ionic Spark (already taken in this build) or Whit's End (already taken in my build) or Malady.

In my opinion, the extra damage done by these items is not needed to much and the utility provided by the Tooth is better in the late game where it are Lulu's skills that make her stand out as a champion. (Mostly Whimsy and Wild Growth)

The thing about Lulu is that you MUST have AD or on-hit damage to support the attack speed, else your damage is puny, especially late game. I personally believe AP Lulu is unviable because she has horrible ratios. I understand the CDR is nice, but I would get other items instead. Nashor's Tooth just gives her too little of everything. 65 AP is not a lot. That's like 32.5 more damage on Glitterlance, and zero additional autoattack damage.

The item provides 50% attack speed which is good for Lulu the CDR helps us to do our skills more often, which grants us so much more power on one of our main advantages, which is our support like skills.

You have a Lulu guide, I shouldn't need to explain why... oh wait your guide has Nashor's Tooth too? -1 for you as well.

The long and short of it is this: Attack speed/AP hybrid is not possible on Lulu. Why? Because Pix, Faerie Companion has no scaling. Build her on-hit, traditional ADC, pure AP, or even tank, but never AP/AS.
