PASSIVE: Misogynist Mark- Visly has a long running vendetta against anyone of his opposite gender who he considers “ugly” which results in his standards being abnormally high, resulting in him only being able to have one female on his team near him. Due to this he will instantly kill himself and his teammates if they break the mark. If the mark is intact visly will deal 25% more true damage to “women champs”.

[Q]: 10/19/2017 - Passive: Upon death, Visly’s summoner’s name will temporarily change to the infamous “10/19/2017” and cause them to be revived at level 16 for 10/19/20.17 (based on level) seconds. During this time, the bonus damage from Misogynist Mark will be tripled and The Serial Dunker will transform into Master Yi/Kayle hybrid. Active: Visly vanishes and, after 0.231 seconds, marks the target enemy and then moves to dunk the nearest visible un-dunked enemy within 600 units, recurring up to 3 times, once every 0.231 seconds. Visly also conjures a portal in front of him that faces the undunked-targets direction. After a 0.25 second delay, a wuju blade launches forward from it, applying Misogynist Mark’s bonus damage. This sword is capable of dealing damage to female teammates.

[W]: Bone Mutation - Passive: After taking damage from an enemy champion, for 1.5 seconds, the next 3 spells or attacks you receive from the same enemy champion deal 30 − 60 (based on level) less damage. If the rune Bone Plating is equipped already, instead add thorns to the effect that deal 25 - 100 (based on level) damage to the attacker due to Visly’s abnormal bone structure. Active: Serial Dunker Visly turns into a skeletal mutant for 10 seconds, permanently gaining Bone Plating’s passive for every attack that hits him while in this state. Still cannot dunk despite being taller than the hoop :(. Gains 30-60 (based on level) AD and changes Misogynist Mark so that NO female teammates can be near him during this time without suffering the penalty, but The Serial Dunker will deal 50% bonus true damage instead of 25%.

[E]: Unquenched Thirst - Passive: Visly hunts down unworthy females from the beginning of the match and must show his wuju alpha powers to impress them before the game clock hits 10 mins 19 seconds 20.17 milliseconds. If visly has not killed a women champ by that time he loses his misogynist mark and becomes vulnerable to being rejected giving visly a 60% slow and a 25% damage reduction for the next 10 mins 19 seconds and 20.17 milliseconds or until that girl ever decides to date him, or killing a female champion three times. Active: visly nonconsensually drinks the mana of surrounding female champs for 5 seconds, can move while active.

[R]: Staff of Flowing Visly - PASSIVE: Become the Wuju Bladesman. Upon reaching level 16, Kayle ascends to her full power and is permanently balling. PASSIVE 2: Cannot dunk in basketball. ACTIVE: Activate the wuju women beater. Visly enters evasion, a defensive stance that wards off women. Any woman that enters the wuju women beater’s radius will be dealt 9999 true damage and be removed from the match. Recast: Admin Obliterator, passive long *** neck bruh. Active will play fart noises on every soundboard to become server muted on discord to remove Max’s admin powers.
