Hi everyone, I'm HooNew, and this is my guide to Kled. This is my first guide on MobaFire an I would greatly appreciate any feedback I can get. Kled is a very fun champion to play, as he is all about going ham on enemies and deleting them. He is also just a wacky and fun character in general. Kled is an expert at singling out enemies and making their day terrible. He is hard to 1v1 as well because of Skaarl, and how quickly he gets him back. But lets get this show on the road and ill show you how to get them trespassers! |
Pros and Cons

+ Good gap closer with Jousting+ Hard to 1v1 with early game + Decent poke with Beartrap on a Rope+ The king of tower diving + Semi-Global ultimate |
Cons
- Item Reliant - Ult can miss, a lot - Only AoE spell is Pocket Pistol while he is dismounted, and even then its a small AoE- Useless without Skaarl |
Summoner Spells

Flash: Very useful. Can be used to chase, escape, and is very good to have in general. |
Teleport: Gives high map pressure and can be used to get back into lane quickly. Also useful for setting up ganks with Chaaaaaaaarge!!!

Runes
Press the Attack This synergizes well with Violent Tendencies. This tree also gives you nice early attack speed. Triumph Gives extra sustain in team fights, and helps ensure you will survive after killing an enemy under a tower, or someone who does damage over time such as Teemo Legend: Alacrity Kled benefits greatly from attack speed. This will help give him a ton. Last Stand This is a nice rune for Kled. When Kled goes ham, the enemy will more than likely knock you off Skaarl. This will help you win. Cheap Shot This gives your Q a lot more punch. Ravenous Hunter Gives some nice healing during fights.
Abilities

Skaarl the Cowardly Lizard: Kled is always accompanied by his hesitant mount, Skaarl. This gives Kled a ton of health early game, and any executes that hit you only effect Skaarl.

Beartrap on a Rope (Q): This is your main poke spell. It sounds meh but the slow it applies afterwards allows you to catch up with enemies, or at the very least forces them to proc their Flash

Violent Tendencies (W): This ability is amazing. The attack speed it grants is insane, especially when paired with other items that increase attack speed. However, its passive, meaning you cant cast it when you want. It also has a lengthy cooldown.

Jousting (E): This is your gap closer, and allows you to chase enemies that flash away on the second cast.

Chaaaaaaaarge!!! (R): I love this ultimate. Its great for ganks, for charging into team fights, the speed boost it grants to allies is great, and the little jingle it plays all make it a fun ultimate. in dire circumstances it can be used to get away.

This item it seems was made for Kled. It grants health, AD, reduces enemy armor, and CDR. Great item for Kled

This gives wave clear, AD, and health, plus health regeneration, all great qualities for Kled.

Crit chance and attack speed, and movement speed for chasing down the last of them trespassers! |

Everything a Kled needs. AD, lifesteal, and attack speed, plus its passive is amazing for deleting enemies.

|
|
The lifesteal makes Kled a real pain to deal with. Plus the CDR that goes with Black Cleaver gives Violent Tendencies a nearly 5 second cooldown, which is insane!
|
Teamfights
|
|
In teamfights, Kled should be in the middle of all the action with his team backing him up. Use Chaaaaaaaarge!!! to engage or chase down any fleeing enemies. When dismounted, have your team deal most of the damage while you attack enough to get Skaarl back.

Summary and Conclusion
|
|
Kled Is fun, ornery, murderous, and an all around great champ to play. He goes ham, deletes enemies, does high single target damage, and crazy attack speed.
