Introduction/Lore

Unlike his brother Darius, victory in battle was never enough for Draven. He craved recognition, acclaim, and glory. He first sought greatness in the Noxian military, but his flair for the dramatic went severely underappreciated. Thirsting for a method to share " Draven" with the world, he turned his attention to the prison system. There he carved out the celebrity he desired by turning the tedious affair of executions into a premiere spectacle.

At Draven's first execution, he shocked onlookers when he ordered the doomed prisoner to run for dear life. Just before the man managed to flee from sight, Draven brought him down with a flawless throw of his axe. Soon, all Draven's executions became a gauntlet through which Noxian prisoners raced for a final chance at life. He used this trial as his own personal stage, and turned executions into a leading form of entertainment. He rallied onlookers into a frenzy, while desperate prisoners scrambled to evade him. They never succeeded. Rejecting the solemn, black uniforms of Noxian executioners, Draven donned bright outfits and developed flashy signature moves to distinguish himself. Crowds flocked to see Draven in action, and tales of his performances spread quickly. As his popularity grew, so did his already-inflated ego. He belonged at the center of attention. Before long, the scope of his ambitions outgrew the population of Noxus. He decided that the glorious exploits of Draven should be put on display for the entire world.

"The 'best' is wherever I decide to set the bar each day."

Runes

Runes

Precision
Fleet Footwork
Phase Rush

Now lets talk about the Runes that I use with Draven but you can use your own runes but these are Recommended.

+0.95 Attack Damage

Some Flat Attack Damage will do you some Good. This on top of your Black Cleaver it will be Easy to Melt them Enemy ADC's (Or even Taric)

+1.41 Armor

You will also need some Armor when your fighting other Ranged Carries like Ashe, Vayne, Kog'Maw, Graves, Corki, Sivir, Caitlyn, Miss Fortune, Twitch, Varus, and even Draven!! Also, you Armor will increase in Late Game because of Guardian Angel so it will be very hard to kill you.

+0.15 Magic Resist Per Level (2.7 at Champion level 18)

Of course you need Magic Resist, how else are you gonna live when you are Facing an Ezreal or anybody else with the ability to Hybrid/Carry? So that's why you need this. Plus if you wanna Gank mid, this is you Key to Survive.

+2.25 Attack Damage

Guess what? That's what! this will give you the Edge in the game!! With this Marvelous Rune you can Rip Apart the weak and the Strong. You have Taric in your Way? NO PROBLEM just Keep on hitting until you hear "You have Slain an Enemy!"

Items

Item Sequence

Bloodthirster 3400
Infinity Edge 3300
Statikk Shiv 2900
Black Cleaver 3000
Guardian Angel 3200

After you fed and you have a lot of gold in store, this is what your Finished build will look like. Black Cleaver has got on the ADC side of a item, with its passive plus some good attack speed, then you can get the kill quick, fast, and in a hurry. Berserker's Greaves Are for Movement speed and Attack speed. Guardian Angel will give you a Second life to Escape or Kill a low Health Squishy. Statikk Shiv is MY Pride and Joy, it gives you Crits, Extra magic Damage, Movement Speed, AND Attack Speed on top of Berserker's Greaves!. Infinity Edge is what all AD Carry rush and need to deal EXTRAORDINARY Damage to Squishes and a very good Amount of Damage to Tanks. And last but not Least, Bloodthirster. Will heal you A LOT if you have you Statikk Shiv and Infinity Edge in your Arsenal, But I build it first, just in case I wanna stay in a fight with low health and just kill Creeps to get more Stacks.

Starting Items

+ x3
Always start with the Boots and 3 pots, it allows you to gain extra movement speed and allows you to Stay in lane longer.

Mid-Game Items/Build

Item Sequence

Bloodthirster 3400
Infinity Edge 3300

This is what a Mid-Game build is, and when I say mid game I mean like 10-25 Minutes into to the game XD. Their are some Alterations to this Mid-Game build, but this is what I recommend and use myself. This does alter if you are not doing so hot... If that's that case then use this Mid-Game build!

Item Sequence

Doran's Blade 450
Doran's Blade 450
Vampiric Scepter 900

Either way your gonna have to build Bloodthirster first as your main item, until you can catch up.

Summoner Spells

+

Cmon people use common sense here. You guys know you have been in the situation of needing a Ignite, when you don't even have the summoner spell picked! So of course, Ignite is used to pick up the remaining health of an enemy if your ulti doesn't know em out.

Ok, so a lot of you so called "Pro" Draven players think you know how to play a Draven by getting Stand Aside first... DON'T DO THAT! the reason why is because that's your only CC you have and will not get you first blood like you want!! So that's why you take Spinning Axe First, leave the Extra CC to the Supports. You could get Stand Aside but only if you are Laning with your Brother :D.

How to play Draven/Skill Explanation

Ok now its Time to Talk about how to play Draven and Improve your Gaming Skills with him.

Draven's next attack will deal an extra 45 / 55 / 65 / 75 / 85% of his attack damage as bonus damage. This axe will ricochet off the target high up into the air. If Draven catches it, he automatically readies another Spinning Axe. Draven can have two Spinning Axes at once.]

This is what gives you that Extra Ignite!! Spinning Axe Automatically activates the Passive or if you Crit with a Basic Attack it will Activate also. When you are in lane KEEP Spinning Axe ACTIVE ALL THE TIME!! it will allow you to last hit the Creeps and also you will never know when you Engage in a fight, you will be ready! Also, when you are using Spinning Axe, make sure you Activate you SECOND axe and start Juggling that one too, with you Juggling 2 Axe's, you can have DOUBLE Damage on your Double Damage LOL. Ok, with you people having trouble Juggling Axe's, heres a tip: When you have you Axe Active, (Ready to Throw) before the Axe hits a Minion, start walking backwards and the axe will go that why back to your Turret, its as Easy as that!!

Draven gains 40 / 45 / 50 / 55 / 60% increased Movement Speed for 1.5 seconds and 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40% Attack Speed for 3 seconds. The Movement Speed bonus decreases rapidly over its duration. Catching a Spinning Axe will refresh the cooldown of Blood Rush.

This is you Escape/Chase ability, and it also gives you Extra Attack Speed on top of your Berserker's Greaves and Statikk Shiv. This is also a great way to Farm. Heres a Tip: If you are trying to outrun.... say like a Warwick, just use Blood Rush to run away, if the Effect Fades, just go in the Jungle and Activate your Spinning Axe and just hit a Creep, the Cooldown on Blood Rush will Refresh and you can outrun him!!! This tip goes the Same thing with Chasing someone.

Draven throws his axes and deals 70 / 105 / 140 / 175 / 210 (+ .5 per bonus attack damage) physical damage by throwing his axes. Enemies hit are knocked aside and slowed by 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40% for 2 seconds.

Not much to talk about with this Ability. But this is you ONLY Resource of CC you have, this is great for Chasing/Escaping, just Throw it at your Enemy and they with get Slowed. Heres a tip: If you know their is somebody waiting for you in a Bush, try to aim them out of the bush, Stand Aside on-hit will push you Enemy to the side. if you hit them out, Just start raping them.

Draven hurls two massive axes dealing 175 / 275 / 375 (+ 1.1 per bonus attack damage) physical damage to each unit struck. Deals 8% less damage per unit hit, down to a minimum of 40%. This resets when Whirling Death changes direction. Whirling Death slowly reverses direction and returns to Draven after striking an enemy champion, or upon reactivation, or upon reaching the boundaries of the map. 110/100/90 second cool-down and costs 120 mana at all levels.

You ulti is very cool, you can use it to kill that Low-health Enemy you can't Catch or you can use it to Scare the Enemy away from your team. The Greatest thing about this is that this is a Global Ulti, so you can shoot it anywhere. Like in an Enemy Jungle, if your team is Scared that they will get Jumped by a Pack of Goons just Shoot your ulti were your team is gonna go in the Enemy Jungle and it should reveal there Fog of War. Or if your team is Scared to go to Baron, Just shoot your Ulti there and it will Reveal the FoW (Fog of War.) You might even Steal Baron for your team ;D. Heres a Tip: If you shoot your Ulti and for some Reason you hit a random Teemo but hes in his passive, Camouflage and you can't see him. Well when Whirling Death hits an Enemy Champion, the Axe will come back to you without going out the Map first. That's an Indicator that the Teemo is right there, so go kill him!!!
