Whats up guys. Iam Fu5 Darian and i made a new guide for u guys. Iam a Toplane Nocturne Main but today i got a Maokai guide for u!
Dont take this guide as a high elo guideline because iam palying in Platin and my guides are normaly to show u guys what iam doing.
So please take my guides as a motivation to try out a new champion or maybe a old chmapion on a new position.

Maokai- the Twisted Treand

Abilities

:Sap Magic: This is the spell who makes u so freaking tanky! its pretty simple to hit Maokai spells so the coldown is really low. If u get a Bami's Cinder early ur healing will be so strong!
:Bramble Smash: This is your Q spell. This is ur go to spell. It has a great coldown it gives u CC, waveclear, damage and it synergizes so well with ur Twisted Advance and ur Nature's Grasp.
:Twisted Advance: This is ur W spell. In combination with Bramble Smash and Nature's Grasp u got a heavy CC chain. If u are in the spell animation, enemies can't target u. In combination with Turbo Chemtank this is also a great engage tool.
Sapling Toss: This is your E spell. I have to admit that this spell isnt that usfull as the other spells Maokai got. Don't get me wrong but in my full Tank build the Sapling Toss helps me to reduce the coldown on my Sap Magic but thats all. It can be a help on your waveclear but u should watch ur mana too. Just do a Bramble Smash and safe some mana.
Nature's Grasp: This is ur R spell. It can be a great engage tool but it also can be a good disengage tool. U can use this Ultimate spell in many different ways but u need to be carful because the animation is very slow. Combine it with Twisted Advance, Bramble Smash and Turbo Chemtank and u are fine :)
