Her main threat to you is her charm. As soon as you dodge that (If you can) try and fear + reap her to poke her down. She'll only use her ult to all in you if you're like half health so going the poke route is ideal.
Akali
You can drain her even when she's in her smoke. She has no stun to interrupt your drain so ganks are your only worry Vs Akali as she is really weak pre 6 and even post six since you'll be healing most of her damage.
Akshan
Hardest lane bully in the game. Go the Vs All ins route as he'll constantly be harassing you with autos and all ins. Start Q and try to react accordingly to his hookswing all ins and follow up with your fear + drain. He'll be keeping you under tower for a while so be careful.
Anivia
You're too slow to dodge her Q. Along with her level 6 clearing waves faster than you, you'll be getting outpoked, stuck going against massive waves since she clears them way better, and out-roamed as she'll notice how badly she's destroying you and look for another lane to murder.
Annie
After she hits level 6 ur fucked. Along with her passive and overall poke abilities, she'll be harassing you most of the game. Try and poke her down and pray she never gets too close to use tibbers
Aurelion Sol
Same issue as Anivia. His Q is too big to dodge. BUT his damage output is nowhere near as strong as Anivia after she lands her stun so you should be able to clap back with a poke setup
Azir
Heavy poke control mage omegalul. You have crazy range on your E so poking him down will not be hard
Brand
Keep. Your. Distance, Try and out poke him with your E since he'll very quickly reciprocate it if you dare get too close
Caitlyn
Should be able to poke her just as well as she pokes you
Cassiopeia
She has way better sustain than you and more poke than you. As well as her ultimate stunning you, she'll never let you get too close. But that's ok since you have your E to keep distance and poke her down. But overall this lane is SUPER oppressive and you'll find it quite boring how fast she'll block you out of your own wave

Keep calm and use your E for poke
Diana
Her Ult is the main threat. She's an all in character which you counter but when she hits level 6 be very cautious.
Ekko
Weird champ who can poke you but is also an all in character???? Skill matchup honestly but I think the Vs all in route is best here. Dodge his q and W and wait for him to rush you.
Fizz
Same play as Diana, Counter his all ins and when he hits level 6 tread lightly
Galio
You're both meant to counter All in characters. He has reliable stuns however so if he's smart he'll wait for you to drain then stun you. You can try to out-poke him but I have doubts on it being effective since he also has a form of poke.
Gangplank
Early on he's a sort of all in character but as he scales he'll be spamming barrels like hell. Go the poke route and keep your distance.
Gragas
He will try and poke you with his barrels but your main worry is his ult and E. His ult displaces and his E stuns. Better to just poke him out as that's mainly what he does during laning phase
Graves
You can drain him even after he smokescreens you. He does a mix of poking and all-ining but graves gets pretty close to people so going the Vs all in route is best

Funniest character I've ever had to fight since Irelia mains love mashing buttons and sweating thinking their ready for worlds and I'll just be standing there waiting for her to finish her defiant dance and miss her stun so i can fear her.
Karma
Cancer lane. I hate how fast this bitch is she's just as bad as lux mid. When she goes for a stun immediately turn around and tank it, then fear her and drain.
Kassadin
His Q cancels your drain. But like just try and poke him down you scale harder than him in terms of raw power and your ult. Laning phase will be boring but late game you'll both be manaces
Katarina
Take bone plating and wait for her to rush you. Her ult can be scary but you can fear her out of it.
Kennen
Skill matchup. He'll rush you with his E and pre-level 6 you can fear and drain him but when he hits level 6 ur fucked. kennen does like no damage omegalul so you have to have given him a pretty decent lead for his ult to be that scary.
Kindred
In terms of laning you can poke and counter her all ins but after that never Ult her nor use it when she's nearby. She's a permaban when you jungle as Fiddlesticks cuz her ult counters yours and same applies here. You're a flank character anyways so see if you can wait long enough for her to use her before you ult in
LeBlanc
Annoying ass character who can all in you and just TP back not allowing you to reciprocate damage. Legit Yone on steroids. Keep as much distance as possible and poke her down
Lissandra
Keep your distance and poke her. Her ult is the only thing you need to worry about. Post six watch out for her glacial path as she'll most likely recast and ult you
Lux
Reliable stuns and huge burst post level six. Luckily much easier to dodge compared to Anivia. If you get caught out then you'll take massive damage but try to make sure you never hold still so she'll have a harder time landing her stun
Malzahar
His minions can be drained lol plus he has a weak ult. Just poke him to death
Miss Fortune
Her E is super oppressive and can lead into so many other of her poke abilities. Honestly ban worthy but she's somewhat rare in mid lane luckily
Neeko
Same as lux but a wee bit easier in terms of dodging her damage. When you see her charging her ult fear her and then pray to whatever god you believe in.
Nunu & Willump
He'll be roaming the entire game lol. He's gonna be roaming a hell of a lot better than you but again he'll barely be in his own lane so just clear waves and roam with your ult when you can
Orianna
Poke her with your E and stay away from her ball
Pyke
Fear him when he goes in and simply drain or walk away
Qiyana
If she has her blade imbued with ice then wait for the stun then clap back but other than that same thing applies to all wait for the all in and fear
Renekton
He'll be dashing in, stunning, Qing, then dashing out, over and over, until ur dead or he can ult. Just stay positioned somewhere where you can still last hit minions but aren't standing behind them cuz that's what resets his dash. Once you deny his second dash fear him and make him do the walk of shame
Rumble
When he goes in with a flamethrower turn around and fear + drain him
Ryze
Just try and poke him out, he'll rarely get close to you
Seraphine
She can poke the hell out of you a lot better than you can and keep better distance while doing so. Wouldn't blame you if you wanted to ban her
Swain
Skill matchup. A good swain will either be super oppressive or really passive. Don't get too close and poke him down so he doesn't get his hook on you
Sylas
Wait for him to grapple and stun you then fear + Drain
Syndra
Super oppressive lane, poking her is the way to go and never get to close else you get stunned.
Taliyah
She's not really the all in type but if she forces you near her then fear + drain but you'll mainly be poking this matchup
Talon
He'll be doing a mix of poke and all-ins but waiting for his level six for him to get really cocky and reckless is ideal so you can fear + drain.
Teemo
Poke him down. Post level six a sweeper is ideal but you can also use your effigies for clearing mushrooms
Twisted Fate
You'll both be poking each other and rarely getting close lol learn to dodge his Q and you;ll be fine
Veigar
Get harder to fight over time but if you're in his cage stay in it, get as close to him as possible without being stunned, and drain. They usually back up after realizing you can deal damage while in it. But mainly go for poke as being in that cage pokes you down and sets him up for finishing you with his ult
Vel'Koz
Getting too close will give him a chance to knock you up so stay away and poke him as you'll both rarely get close to each other
Vex
Your poking is pretty matched it's the ult that you gotta watch out for. May wanna take barrier in this matchup and fear + drain after she ults. He poke is pretty easy to dodge tho
Viktor
His poke is annoying as hell and better than yours plus he can punish you well if you get too close. Just keep your distance and poke him down
Vladimir
You both match each others sustain basically but his blood pool thing cancels your drain so keeping distance and poking is ideal
Xerath
Skill matchup. Whoever can dodge better wins
Yasuo
His only threat to you is his tornado. When you've dodged that the rest is EZ (Fear + Drain when he dashes into you lol)
Yone
Lamest character ever made bruh he gets move speed when he detaches his spirit or some shit so even when you fear him he can either turn around and keep fighting you or simply slingshot back to where he came from. Gotta be aggressive on him as soon as his detached spirit thing ends cuz that'll be your only chance to damage him. Go for poke if you think you can out poke better than react to his all ins
Zed
Skill matchup. Try to poke him as much as you can pre 6 and fear him whenever he gets too close
Zeri
Whenever she goes behind a wall she's gonna use her W and that's a mini lux ult until she starts getting more items then it becomes a lux ult. Dodging that is really all there is to fighting her tho just poke her down lol
Zilean
He won't let you approach and he"ll stun you if you get too close. Plus chronoshift will prevent him from dying. He's kindred but much worse considering what he provides for his team. Just look for roams and poke him
Zoe
Take barrier. Ur super slow so she'll 9 times outta 10 land her bubble and do like half of your health even before ludens. She's not that hard to poke her abilities are just hard to dodge
Zyra
Same as Heimerdinger but not really ban worthy and you can really just poke her even while the flower turrets are up. Rarely see her mid but I do fight her bot lane as support fiddle
