Champion Build Guide
Runes
First I will start with Hail of Blades. Gives a lot of attack speed and it's good for early ganks, Taste of Blood for healing and Ravenous Hunter for Omnivamp. Secondary rune precision. Triumph when you kill a champion you will heal 12% of your missing health, this is good for team fights and late game. Next is Cut Down or Last Stand. Cut Down is better against tanks because gives extra damage based on how much health they have than you. Last Stand is good if there are more assassins or mages like Veigar or Morgana.
Next Rune:Lethal Tempo.
Similar to Hail of Blades Lethal Tempo also gives attack speed but based on level. Triumph for healing after takedowns. Next Legend:Alacrity or Legend:Blood line. Legend:Bloodline is good if you are going BT after NQ or if you don't buy any Life steal item.Legend:Alacrity is better because gives 3% attack speed for every legend stack up to 18% attack speed, and attack speed is low with this build. Next for same
reason with Hail of Blades you go Cut Down or Last Stand. Secondary rune Domination. Eyeball collection great for adaptive force, late game you can have a lot of damage. Ravenous Hunter for Omnivamp.

Summoners Spells
I've chosen Teleport because I like to teleport from one end to another and help as fast as possible. You can also pick Flash instead of teleport for better mobility.
Start and Items
At the start you will buy HailBlade and Refillable Potion. HailBlade is good for chasing enemies and passively grants 8% omnivamp to monsters. For Boots look for situation if there are few champions with crowd control buy Mercury's Treads, if there are assassins go for Plated Steelcaps, i recommend Berserker's Greaves because this build lacks attack speed. If you finish this build buy Elixir of Wrath for bonus Damage and Physical Vamp.
First you need to rush Lord Dominik's Regards(LDR), then go Divine Sunderer(DS). This is because LDR gives a lot of armor penetration and it's useful against adc's and supports. Then for mythic DS because gives 5% armor penetration for every Legendary Item, next you choose. BloodThirster(BT) gives lifesteal and Critical strike chance. BT is good for sustain. Navori QuickBlades(NQ) gives critical strike chance, Ability Haste and every basic attacks reduces you'r spell cooldown by 20%. Infinity Edge(IE) is for damage boost and critical strike chance. Last Mortal Reminder(MR) is good for tanks that heal a lot. With full build you will have:
+280 Damage
60% Armor Penetration
100% Critical strike chance
For Items you must go DS and LDS first those are core items to this build. For the last 4 items I've chosen to go critical strike items you can be creative and build what ever you want or go lethality or lifesteal.
For Lethality go The Collector->Youmuu's Ghostblade->Serpent's Fang->Edge of Night.
For Livesteal there are few Items and those are:Blade of the Ruined King->Blood Thirster->Sanguine Blade->Ravenous Hydra.
Lethality build is overkill if there are no tanks.

Outro
For this build I recommend first testing out on Practice Tool or in a Custom Game then go PvP.
Pros and cons:
Pros:
*High Damage
*High Armor penetration
Cons:
*Small Mobility
*Small Attack speed
I apologize for bad writing and not enough explanation of this build. This is my First guide and I hope it was useful.
