Introduction and Updates
After making the mistake of getting alot of AD in her build I found out she does best with AP.
This build is tested alot to make sure it works out for the best.
I hope you guys will learn from and like the guide I made.
Updates
10 August 2012
Info about new item build.
Added 3 items to the build you can use as last item.
30 July 2012
Info about new item build.
After thinking it trough a little bit more I thought it would be better to get Hextech Gunblade so that you can survive longer with the extra lifesteal you get from it.
This also makes sure your attack speed get optimally used.
I also removed Lich Bane because I never found myself being able to use it alot and added Banshee's Veil because I think it helps you survive.
Summoner Spells
I take Flash and Ignite because I believe those are the best for her.
You can escape nasty situations with Flash and kill of those low hp champs with Ignite

Other viable choices are:
If you want to trick your enemies. | If you can't keep up with your low hp enemies. | If you think you die too fast. |
Runes
Greater Mark of Attack Speed because it stacks nicely with her passive.
The AS will help you proc your Moonsilver Blade and may get you to win a 1v1 fight.
Greater Seal of Scaling Mana Regeneration because you will be spamming your Crescent Strike to poke ur enemy.
Without these runes you won't be able to spam as much.
Greater Glyph of Scaling Ability Power because all her skills scale of AP.
This will give you just a bit of an advantage over those that don't have those
Greater Quintessence of Ability Power this will give you just a bit more early game damage which is great for harrasing.

Masteries
I go 19/0/11 for the extra mana regen and speed.
I take 4 points in Alacrity for the extra AS and 1 point in Weapon Expertise for extra AD damage.
The rest of the masteries are pretty much self explaining.
I take AP masteries because I believe shes better as an AP AS champion.

This is your harras skillshot.
The enemies hit will be afflicted with Moonlight and will reset the cooldown of ur ultimate when used on them.
Try to spam this on your enemy to get them low enough to use your skill combo.

Abillities Combo
When you have enough mana and your enemy is low enough use your Q > R > E > W and keep chasing your enemy with auto attacks.
Once you think you can finish your enemy use your ulti again regardless of the enemy being affected by Moonlight.

Abilities Sequence
I alter my levels for Crescent Strike and Pale Cascade to get them to 3 at an equal phase.
I do this because I believe that you will survive teamfights more often with the extra levels in your shield.

When to change the level sequence?
If you find yourself dieng fast even when playing defensive consider levelling your Pale Cascade before levelling your Crescent Strike.
This will make sure you will be able to do damage trades.
Core Items
Hextech Gunblade for its slowing active and the spellvamp and lifesteal.
Nashor's Tooth for the AS, AP, and CDR you get from this item.
Rabadon's Deathcap For the insane boost in AP.
Item sequence
The idea behind this path of buying items is too get an early AP damage advantage while also staying alive.
The Giant's Belt makes sure you get some extra hp early game so you can survive some hits.
The early Amplifying Tome's and Blasting Wand's make sure your AP damage is high in early game, it also builds into the core items you need late game.
This makes sure you can get early AP damage while not wasting items nor money.
