I like these runes because wukong is all about using his abilities to strike your enemy harder and harder. So using cool downs is the way to go in blue. Adding armor to any champion is always good so I chose these for yellow. I used the Swiftness quints because I like the extra speed of chasing down an enemy with low life and using one of wukongs abilities to kill him. These are also helpful to get away from enemy champs as well. But can be switched out for Desolation quints. I chose those for red because most of his abilities need more armor penetration which helps him a lot.

I used these spells because ignite helps any champ help kill anyone more and more. Ghost just will add to your speed that you already have which is already fast as is. So it will help to chase or to run away from a large group.
