I am sure this is not the most professional build, but I have gone games at 26/1/9 with this build. Dr. Mundo is a top lane carry. He can take hits, but you need to build him up before you can really push. Dr. Mundo only uses health and does not need any many or other related items. Dr. Mundo only needs health regen, health, movement speed and attack speed. Mundo will struggle against a jungle if they can also be played as a tank. Don't get ganked. This Character can take out any character 1v1 but 3v1 is a different situation. If they are low health and you have enough warmogs armor you can take them out in a turret if necessary without dying.
