Rush visage and you should be good. If it is a 1v1 situation, you should almost always win. Harassing her might not work as she will almost always have lifesteal + spell vamp, so you need to try fight her (smartly) and hence zone her from farming once she is lower.
Cho'Gath
You are both tanky and have high sustain. Avoid keeping constantly hit by his E passive when he hits the minions and if he maxes W, watch out for that as constantly taking those hits before you have any magic resist might put you low. Rush visage and mercs against this guy. Keep throwing cleavers at him since the CD is 4 seconds and once he cannot match the amount of HP he is losing with his sustain, he will be zoned from farming.
Darius
You have to hope the Darius you're vsing is not monstrously aggressive. If he runs ignite, you will have a harder time. He is not only a bit tanky but his passive and Q are a pain in the ass. Farm with cleavers only and keep your distance unless you know you can beat him. Once he reaches 6 and he is either neutral or dominating you in lane, you can no longer 1v1 him.
Ekko
You outsustain Ekko and your constant cleavers and your melee damage if used correctly by cancelling auto-attack animation with E will beat him in every fight. Rush visage and you're all set.
Fiora
Good Fiora players just buy Executioners and keep poking you until you are low and are forced to back. You will probably need a few ganks to keep up with her. Rush ninja tabi.
Fizz
This is a pretty easy match-up as long as you don't make stupid decisions. You out damage him due to your sustain and tankiness. Of course, get visage first.
Gangplank
Your cleaver poke will outdamage his one and only source of sustain, his oranges. Most gangplanks do not go lifesteal and hence, landing those cleavers are important to adding pressure in lane. If he outfarms you, eventually he will out-damage you and you won't be able to kill him alone.
Garen
This match-up can go either way as both champions have similar levels of sustain, but you can nullify his passive by poking or even tapping W when in melee range. However, you want to avoid going in melee range as his Q and E damage will outdamage you early on. If he uses his Q on a minion, take advantage of the time that it is on cooldown and play aggressive in that short period if you can.
Gnar
Early game his constant auto attacks will out-poke your cleavers hence try farming and play safe. Once you get your core items, you have a higher chance of fighting him and try to avoid his skillshots. Once he gets cleaver + mallet, reaching him will prove very difficult and he will poke you constantly.
Graves
Graves not only has range, but life steal as well, so poking him is using as he will just gain all of that hp back. He is very strong and can dodge your Qs easily as well. Try and farm with your cleavers but smart Graves players will keep blocking it, as they know they can simply use life-steal to get that hp back so you require your jungler's help.
Illaoi
I've barely vsed Illaois but try poking her with your cleavers and farm with them as well. Don't go in melee range unless you know you can beat her. As it gets to mid-late game, you should be able to beat her 1v1 if she isn't too fed.
Irelia
Her true damage will do some damage to you but her attack speed compared to yours early - mid game is better as you can cancel your auto animation and you should be able to outrade her. She can only go in but can't go out, so its impossible to miss your Q, unless she intelligently uses the minion wave to dash back to.
Jax
He does not get life-steal until later on, plus his attack speed and W do not deal that much damage so abuse him early game. If you correctly do so, you should be dominant over him for the duration of the early and mid-game. Late game, your adc can just pop him if you peel and pressure correctly.
Jayce
This is one of the hardest match-ups to play against as his kit is much stronger than yours, despite having low sustain. If you chase him, you can simply knock you back out. Most Jayces will poke you down and then go in on you, so playing safe until you have your armour items is a must.
Kayle
Your cleavers outsustain her W so poking her down then fighting her should be a piece of cake. However if you both decide to play safe and farm, she will out-snowball you and eventually deal a shitton of damage.
Kennen
Low sustain = abuse him with cleavers. Rush mercs so his stun durations are reduced and your fighting chances are increased. One of the easiest match-ups for you. However, farm early game and once you hit >5 you should be able to abuse him.
Kled
Dodge his chain, and if it hits you, slow him with cleaver and get out of its range. Keep poking him and farming until he loses his mount.
Lissandra
Rush mercs + visage. Once you get these your sustain and tankiness goes up, and she will have a lower chance of beating you. Early game in laning phase, try to farm mostly with cleavers as she will abuse the fact that you walk up to farm with auto attacks.
Malphite
You are both tanks but you have much more sustain and damage than he does. Try to get rid of his shield before playing aggressive on him by chucking cleavers. Get mercs + visage to reduce his damage and cc. One of the easiest match-ups.
Maokai
Both tanks and you have more sustain. Rush mercs + visage. Be careful and do not underestimate his damage and care brushes as he might have set up sapplings.
Nasus
Of course, like most top-laners against a Nasus, early game to mid game is the easiest laning phase possible. Just keep abusing him with your cleavers and he has to go up to melee range to stack his Qs. Once he is close, he usually won't care about you and only stacking, so abuse him with your E and W in conjunction to cleavers as well. Late game once he is jacked and stacked, it is impossible to kill him alone.
Nautilus
Rush mercs + visage. Nautilus has the most CC in the game so rushing mercs will reduce his CC duration. Good players will not fight you until they have poked you with E and taken advantage of their W shield to absorb your cleaver and auto attack damage.
Olaf
Do not try to fight him early game, especially if he has ignite. Olaf is probably one of the strongest champions early game. Try to avoid his axes and keep poking him with your cleavers once it is on cooldown as he is chasing you. Once it reaches mid game, you should be able to fight him.
Pantheon
Good luck. You WILL need it.
Poppy
This is pretty much a farm lane. Neither of you should be able to kill each other unless either is getting camped or you're both super aggressive. As a tank, she will out-scale you as she has more CC and peel potential.
Rammus
E-Z. Poke and win.
Renekton
He will stack up his Fury by shoving the lane on you and if you try to go up to farm, he will stun and combo you, which will chunk you down. Trying to poke him with cleavers will prove ineffective as he has his Q sustain. You will need a jungler's help or hope he does something stupid.
Riven
Riven. Fucking. Mains. You can't farm or poke her cause she will block it every time she has her shield.
Rumble
He will probably do the same thing as Riven and block your cleavers from farming or poking him. Try to fight him (under good circumstances) in order to zone him from farming.
Ryze
You can safely walk near him only when you have your wave with you. If you don't, he will be able to land a full combo on you and it hurts, especially since he scales as well. Poke him with cleavers when you can as he has low sustain.
Shen
Pretty much the same thing as Poppy. Farm lane as neither of you are so tanky and you wont be able to kill each other. However, Shen's global presence is much better than yours post 6, hence you will need to keep shoving early on to pressure top lane.
Sion
This lane could either be a farm lane or either one of you will abuse the other. Keep trying to poke him with cleavers. Once he hits his slow, he will walk up to you and charge his knock-up, activating it when you are at the peak of its range. Try to get out of that range as soon as possible or atleast reduce its duration but activating W.
Swain
Just a farming lane with a-bit of small trades as he will poke you with autos, his Q and E. Once you both reach 6, killing each other will be more difficult.
Tahm Kench
You outsustain and outdamage him as long as you dodge his tongue and abilities.
Teemo
You might think this guy is hard. But it is the easiest lane for Mundo out of all champions IMO. Just farm with cleavers early game and once you reach your power-spike mid game, keep poking him down and chasing him. If he tries to kite you and stops running to auto attack you, he's only digging his grave as the gap between you guys is shortening. When you chase him as you ulti, you are faster than him, so walk around the shrooms he places down as he runs away.
Trundle
Pre-6 is easy as all you will be able to farm easily and poke him. Post 6 his sustain increases and fighting him is harder.
Tryndamere
Keep your distance and farm with cleavers until you have armour. He will play super aggressive early game and land all of those crit auto attacks. Avoid them. Rush Tabi.
Vladimir
Both of you are sustain machines. Pretty much a farm match-up.
Wukong
When he goes in to combo you, you have to chase him down and abuse him as his skills are on cooldown. Doesnt matter if he cloned out, follow the general direction he went in and do as much damage as possible until his skills are back up. Repeat the process. Getting tabis reduce his Q damage.
Yasuo
Good Yasuo players will keep avoiding your cleavers and play with your head as they will keep dashing intelligently. Also, they have their windwall to block your cleavers at crucial moments. He will almost always only go in on you when he has his knock-up ready. Get tabis asap.
Yorick
You guys are pretty much equal, so try to outfarm him and out-trade him once you get your first couple of items. Cleaver his minions for gold.
Mundo is one of the easiest champions to play in League. His skills are pretty straight forward and the only skill required when playing him is to land your cleavers and also make the right decisions. If you know how to properly use your W and E in conjunction to your cleavers, then you should win most match-ups.
(For those who don't know), correctly using your E to cancel your auto-attack animation is a fast combo which does a lot of damage and allows you to out-trade your enemy. W is a skill that does over-time damage. Simply tapping it quickly and turning it off proc's the first second's damage, and is used to last hit minions which cannot be auto attacked.
