I like this build the best out of all the builds I've tried and have created myself. I got this idea from TSM Dyrus and I normally dominate my top lane every time I play. The key to this build is actually the early Manamune because of the constant harass you can do from range and close combat! The black cleaver before helps you stay in the game before and after the manamune, but of coarse by the time you have the black cleaver, manamune, and boots 2 it should be GG if you played top lane well!!!
